The solemn opening ceremony of the exhibition entitled "The history of coal mining in Nógrád from 1848 to 1992"

In 1965, the second underground mining museum in Europe, the first in Hungary was opened in Salgótarján. In 1986, an exhibition beyond the surface was also opened in the former mining apartment building. The solemn opening of the terrestrial mining exhibition which has been renewed in the framework of the Ágoston Kubinyi Program will be on 30 November 2018.
