Concerts in the recently renovated cultural heritage sites such as the Synagogue in Subotica (Serbia) and the Franja Partisan Hospital in Slovenia inviting music students from the music academies of Budapest, Novi Sad, Belgrade and Ljubljana.

Concerts of the Musica Rediviva ensemble

May 19 - December 31, 2018
The Musica Rediviva ensemble plays Medieval and Renaissance music, wearing Renaissance customes, and using authentic musical instruments. The group’s repertoire includes early music, often played famous pieces from great masters as well as unkown composer’s hardly known.The members of the Musica Rediviva groups obtained their diploma at the Music Academy in Budapest, and since graduating regularly give concerts in Hungary and abroad with great success. As a member of various chamber orchestras play in many countries from Japan to New Zealand.

Dora Pejačević

In remembrance of Dora Pejačević Croatian-Hungarian composer, a Croatian-Hungarian concert will be held with Croatian conductor, Croatian and Hungarian pianist and Hungarian orchestra. In addition to the concert in both countries, lectures will be organized too to present the life and work of Dora Pejačević.

Zrínyi Opera

The opera presents from a new and unique perspective Miklós Zrínyi and his era through a decisive historic event in Europe's history by the opera 'Zrínyi' of the Croatian composer Ivan Zajc with Croatian, Hungarian and Turkish artists.The composition puts on the agony of Szigetvár, the most dramatic day of the siege September 7, 1566 in remembrance of one of the iconic heroes of the Hungarian and Croatian history.

Klassz a pARTon! Classical music at the coast - Summer evening concerts with Tamás Érdi pianist and his musician friends

The Klassz a pARTon! (Classical music at the coast) festival was established by the Prima Primissima awarded Tamás Érdi pianist in 2015. This is the one and only free classical music festival in the Balaton region, organised in several towns and villages next to Lake Balaton, but concerts are also held along the bank of the Danube, principally in Budapest and Esztergom and abroad too.

Organ Concert in Xiamen

The inauguration of the restored historic Voit organ in the Grand Hall of the Liszt Academy of Music Budapest

The inauguration of the restored historic Voit organ (built in 1907) in the Grand Hall of the Liszt Academy of Music Budapest will take place on 22 October 2018. The complex restoration work was funded by the Ministry of Human Capacities Hungary.
